BIS Updated Standings
It's St Patricks day, so to prepare I have been drinking all week instead of entering scores for Bowling Into Spring. So I figured that before I go drink some more, I should probably get the scores entered before our St Patricks day bowl and annual March Madness tourney. The standings are as follows: Pretty Boring 48 Pin Doctors 48 Mind in the Gutter 40 Bowl Movements 40 Turkey Wranglers 33 Over the Line 33 Dry Bumpers 32 Team 31 The Bowl Movements were the big bonus game winners this week, rolling an 83 between their legs. Over the Line followed with an 82, and the Dry Bumpers came in third with a 74. Mind in the Gutter was the only team able to roll a strike between their legs. The Pin Doctors totally obliterated their averages this week, with Jeff and Robert (two of the three weekly stars) leading the way. Shama (Turkey Wrangler) also had a big week rolling a couple of games well into the hundreds. Pretty Boring had a team 5 bagger, with everyone on the team rolling a strike in the fourth frame of the second game. I think everybody should buy that team shots this week! See you all tomorrow

Bowling - What a Valentine
Hello Bowling into Springers! The Valentines Day bowl is over and I hope you all had some sexy time with somebody yesterday, even if he/she was 2-dimensional. If not, then at least some chocolate. I entered the scores for the week and it looks like teams had a little harder time scoring well, everyone except for the Dry Bumpers that is. Kevin and Dave tore it up (and were noted as stars of the week on pinstats), leading them to a probable first place finish for the week. I will not be posting updated standings until a couple late dry bumpers bowl their second game for this week, next week. This doesn't happen often, but there were absolutely no turkeys this week, which makes me very sad. I think the bowling gods just really hate Hallmark holidays. Lets be honest, bowling isn't for lovers. Nor is it for presidents. That is the only explanation I can come up with. So that's it, have a great week! Next week I will have updated standings for you and hopefully a bonus game as well. Go Bowling!

Sup.
January is finally over, and bowling into spring still has 8 weeks left! I can't think of two better reasons to be so excited that I just sit and rub my bowling balls all week. I'm sure you are doing the same.
Sorry that many of you did not receive email last week. I'm not sure why it didn't send, but the now outdated results and shout outs are on www.pinstats.com if you want to check them out.
So we capped up this week with a pretty sweet bonus game, speed bowling. The fastest teams got some bonus pins added to thier score, and the fastest team and winner was Pin Dr's with a 177. Also earning a bonus was Pretty Boring with a 154 and Turkey Wranglers tying Dry Bumpers at 122. Team took last place with a score of -999,930. They are stupid.

There were tons of turkeys this week, including Jose (Oh My!), Ashton, Mike and Kevin. A lot of good scores again too. More bonus games to come and still tons of bowling to get us through the winter. Enjoy the super bowl, eat some little weenies for me, see you in a couple weeks!
